A Welcome from the Head of Hall
To all in our community, greetings:
Your time in college is a moment of transformation, an opportunity to pause, take stock, and chart new ways forward. As the Head of Hall of Roselle House, I welcome you to get involved, challenge yourself, and explore a variety of pathways and futures. Our community values a diversity of perspectives and interests, and we need you to step up, share your experiences, and strengthen our bond.
Since it was first established in Keeneland Hall in 2011, our residential college has maintained a key tenant: the whole is greater than the parts. And while we encourage you to find your core and expand your future, we do so because the urgent social and environmental pressures on our planet and its neighborhoods will require strong leaders, ideas, and collective discussion and debate. Our academic and residential staff are here to help guide you along the way.
Roselle House is unique because we are a community with a broad range of academic interests and a strong sense that we are better together. Find me in the Hall. Let’s grab a coffee and imagine our shared work to build upon this foundation.
