Dave Moecher
Professor

I'm a Wisconsin native. I remember really cold, snowy winters. Loved it and would never have dreamed about living anywhere else. But a job brought me and my family (Amy, Patrick, Tom) to Lexington in 1991 and I couldn't imagine living in the cold north again. Kentucky is perfect! We are always amazed, when we travel then come home to Lexington, how beautiful Kentucky is. It's an especially wonderful place because of the opportunities for cycling, my primary 'hobby'. There are endless miles of well paved, rolling country roads through horse country.
